About AUREL Dubai
We help Dutch and Belgian people who want to live, build or invest in the Emirates. Overview first, then — if you want — contact with a fitting specialist.
Method
AUREL Dubai is a configurable working name for a Dutch-language information and matching platform. We help Dutch and Belgian people who want to live, build or invest in the Emirates — from orientation to a concrete help request. Execution sits with specialists. We do not promise a return, a visa, an account opening or a tax exemption.
The public site is the first layer: dated files and topic pages on relocating, company, visas, buying, renting, letting, wills and shipping. Anyone who wants help asks; we look whether a fitting partner exists. Legal texts are drafts.
Editorial work uses primary sources, emirate scope and review dates. Member experience is not an official rule. Partners in the CMS have fee-type and verification fields; until those fields are real, we show no roster. Personal data is not sold.
Team members, office address, founding history and experts stay hidden until they are set with real data. We do not fill those sections with placeholders that could be read as social proof. Imagery is atmospheric illustration, not a listing and not proof of a penthouse or an office that would be ours.
Dubai is the primary destination in the current content. Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the other emirates have their own registrars, tariffs and visa tracks. Home-country duties — the Netherlands, Belgium, the United Kingdom or another country — sit beside UAE questions. Anyone who works one track may not treat the other as solved.
This is a working product in progress, not a live payment environment with real Stripe collection or production mail until those links are deliberately switched on. Legal texts are drafts. Operator fields (name, company register, VAT, address, privacy contact) appear only when they are complete.
Anyone using AUREL Dubai gets overview, not an outcome guarantee. We correct errors in files with a date. Member experience stays separate from the official rule. We do not fill an about page with names, prices or addresses that do not yet exist, even to make the page look fuller.
Chamber of commerce, VAT and address stay hidden until they are entered in the CMS or environment. These texts are drafts for legal review.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is this advice or execution?
No. The site informs. A help request is matching, not an engagement. Specialists execute filings, transactions and deeds. Reading only is not yet a request we forward.
Do I get a guaranteed return or visa?
No. No return, permit or tax promises. Unknown costs stay unknown, not zero. Dubai rules do not automatically apply across the rest of the UAE. Temporary stay is not tax residence.
Where are the partners and reviews?
Only after real data. Until then no roster and no testimonials. A topic without a partner stays readable; we say which help we do offer.
Which data should I send?
Name, email, topic and a short note. Separately: consent for contact, for an introduction, and optionally a newsletter. No passport, medical file or full wealth statement.
Do I know who receives my data?
Yes, on an introduction. Without consent for an introduction we do not forward. Commercial collaboration is labelled.
Is the library current?
Each file has a review date and, where needed, a source. Many pieces are a research starting point, not a tariff guarantee. We correct errors with a date.
