Moving to the Emirates is not one desk. Housing, visa, school, insurance, the shipment and whether the Netherlands or Belgium still treats you as tax resident run side by side. Anyone who piles them together plans the wrong year.
Dubai is the destination most of the files cover. Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the other emirates have their own registrars, tariffs and school markets. A Dubai rule is not a UAE-wide rule.

Temporary or settling
A year of rent to look is a different file from Emirates ID, school contracts and a purchase. Say which horizon you are testing first.
Alone, together or family
Partner status, school age and whether someone keeps working in the Netherlands or Belgium drive visa, rent and budget. That is not lifestyle; it is the budget.
Which emirate
Commute, school and visa track differ. Do not start with a skyline photo; start with where you spend the week.

Purpose and date
Orientation, a move within twelve months, or you already live there. Those three groups have different next steps.

Visa track beside housing
Without lawful stay a lease is not a relocation. Read visas separately; do not silently mix them into the rent.

School and care
KHDA factsheets and an insurance policy are starting points. A factsheet does not reserve a seat. Waiting lists are local, not universal.

Home country
Deregistration, Dutch box 3 or Belgian residence, health insurance and pension belong in the same bag as Emirates ID. We do not give that conclusion.

FAQ
Questions on this topic
Is a temporary stay the same as relocating?
No. Right to stay, settlement and tax residence are three questions. A visa sticker does not settle the Dutch or Belgian tax office.
Must I buy first?
No. Renting buys pace while school, visa or a purchase are still open. Buying to “stop paying rent” without service charges is a different sum.
Do you file the application?
We inform and, if a fitting specialist exists, we introduce. Execution is a separate brief. Without a partner we say so.
