Annual rent in dirham is the start. Agency, deposit, Ejari or the local equivalent, DEWA, cheques or another payment form, fit-out and whether the unit is furnished sit beside it. “All in” without a specification is not all-in.
Neighbourhoods differ in density, school runs, noise and service. Marina, Downtown, Hills-style communities or Abu Dhabi islands are not interchangeable posters. An atmospheric image is not availability.
