AUREL Dubai

Public dossiers

Community

Networks, advisers and the first 90 days.

The library is the public layer of AUREL Dubai. Each file has a review date, an emirate scope and, where needed, a primary source. General briefings apply across emirates; emirate-specific pieces sit beside them (for example starting a company in Dubai and in Abu Dhabi).

Premium pieces sit behind membership. The planner uses the same honesty rule as the files: unknown items stay unknown. Experience from the community or from “What to do in” sits apart from the official rule.

Filter by emirate or General first, then by topic. A property file does not solve your visa question; a relocation piece is not a purchase budget.

Editorial

Source

Legal or tax sentences point to a publisher and a url, or they are explicitly a worked example. “Research starting point” is not a tariff guarantee.

Editorial

Scope

General is UAE-wide. An emirate briefing names local registrars and portals. Dubai rules do not silently apply elsewhere.

Editorial

Review

A date on the file is the trail. Human review is a separate status. Bulk-approving everything in one click does not exist.

This category

Community in this library

Public pieces on networks, the first ninety days, Dutch and Belgian life in Dubai, and how you choose an adviser. They describe patterns, not a member count and not a guaranteed introduction.

A trustworthy third party shows fee, scope and what they will not do. An “exclusive introducer” who wants a percentage on an account or a visa is a red flag in these files, not a shortcut.

The private community behind membership is a different layer. What you read there is experience. What you read here is editorial. We do not blend the two into social proof. A network piece is not a member count and not a guaranteed introduction.

A forum anecdote about “my visa in three weeks” is not a timeline for your file. Use these pieces to sharpen the question, not to distill an official rule from a chat thread.
